Accommodation prices include 10%VAT and 2% City Tax.
Starlight Hotel is an all inclusive five star hotel. Participants accommodating at the Starlight hotel can benefit from all meals and drinks free of charge, 24 hours a day.
Participants who wish not to accommodate an the Starlight Hotel are subject to non accommodating participant fees. This payment is mandatory in order to participate in the congress.

Bank Transfer Payment
- All payments should be made out to Evronas Organizasyon Danışmanlık ve İş Geliştirme A.Ş. bank account.
- Please state the name of the participant and BCLF2024 on the details of te transaction.
- You can send your bank transfer payments in both Turkish Liras or Euros.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy
- All cancellation requests should be sent to ubk2024@evronas.com.
- Full payment is reimbursed if cancellation is made before July 1st 2024.
- 70% of payment is reimbursed if cancellation is made between Julsy 1st 2024 and August 31st 2024.
- There will be no refund for cancellations made after September 1st, 2024.
- All reimbursements will be executed after the end of the congress.
